Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Poisfree (“Poisfree,” “we,” “us”) processes and ships orders, including delivery timelines, tracking, age verification, and how we handle shipping issues.

1) Where We Ship
United States: We ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO).
Canada: We ship to Canada, subject to applicable laws, carrier availability, and any regional restrictions.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or other address types where age verification/adult signature services are unavailable.
If we cannot ship to your address due to legal, carrier, or operational restrictions, we will notify you and cancel/refund the order.

2) Age Gate, Age Verification & Adult Signature
Poisfree is 21+ in the United States and requires customers to confirm they are 21 years of age or older to purchase.
For shipments, we may use age-verification tools and/or require Adult Signature at delivery where available by carrier and law. This means:

  • A recipient of legal age may need to be present to receive the package, and
  • Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested by the carrier.

Canada: Purchasers must meet the legal age in their province/territory. Adult signature/age verification may be required depending on carrier/service availability and local requirements.
Orders cannot be delivered to minors. If delivery is attempted and cannot be completed due to age/signature requirements, the package may be held for pickup, re-attempted, or returned to sender.

3) Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after normal fulfillment cutoff times may begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, and peak seasons.

4) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
United States:

  • Standard shipping: estimated 3–7 business days after shipment (varies by destination and carrier).
  • Expedited options may be offered at checkout when available.

 

Canada:

  • Delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Estimated ranges are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, service disruptions, address issues, and customs processing (Canada).

5) Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of 2 units or more, subject to change and limited-time promotions.
Eligibility rules (including exclusions, carrier selection, and minimum requirements) are determined at checkout and may vary by location.

6) Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.

7) Address Accuracy & Changes
Please verify your shipping address and contact details before placing an order.

  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@poisfree.com.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or inability to complete age/signature requirements, we may:

  • Reship (additional shipping/handling fees may apply), or
  • Refund the product cost minus shipping/handling and any carrier return fees.

8) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, which are determined by Canadian authorities and/or the carrier. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs delays are outside our control.

9) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged or missing items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@poisfree.com] and include:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged items (if applicable)

Lost shipments: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a carrier issue, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please first check nearby areas, household members, and your building’s mailroom/front desk. Then contact us and we’ll help evaluate next steps.


10) Returns Related to Shipping

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy

If a return is approved, items must be sealed/unused/unopened and returned in original packaging within the stated window.

11) Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
